Second unpacking - colors and ultra/infracolors

There is an area of knowledge in which they have surpassed us in perception and its interpretation; broadly speaking this might be termed "Optics" as Newton understood the term and used it in his work on the same. All color theorists since Newton (including our Iohannes Itten) tried to make color charts or spectrum charts illustrating the visual spectrum, Newton and Goethe for scientists, Itten for artists and spiritual people.

The visual spectrum as normally perceived by human mortals covers roughly one "octave" of the frequency spectrum as represented in Hertz (Hz) (but more usually in Angstrom units). The dolphins have confirmed what Itten long believed, that above and below the human visual spectrum this "octave" is repeated at higher and lower frequencies so that there is an "ultragreen" and "infrayellow" and so forth; the terminology does not exist at present and the usage of the poetic analogies ultragreen and infrayellow must suffice. For now.

It is believed by most mortal scientists that dolphin vision is limited, due in part to the lessened "color presence" in their underwater world, but the fact is that dolphins can see the spectra immediately above and immediately below normal human visual levels. We will, again because of the technology gene in our DNA, be able to build devices to allow us to perceive these additional octaves or layers. It was urged to get this item online that someone might begin work upon it.

As do the visual components of the spectrum these infra- and ultra- colors affect human beings and other living creatures in profound ways. The composer Scriabin in compiling his "color wheel" of sound seemed aware of this but was not able to express it as he wished - except in his music. Also, there are quite a number of mortal humans who do perceive these additional octaves in a limited way. This is why visionary states are often depicted in brilliant intense colors; lacking color representation, entities are often depicted with haloes, umbrai and the like. Artists are encouraged to learn the perception of these octaves by a relaxation method and by allowing the pineal gland (which is sort of a rudimentary eye and does perceive light even though buried deeply in the cranial mass) to focus upon the world. The question arises, "how do I do THAT?!" and here is the answer from the cetacean sisters and brothers. You must relax in a dark room. Have with you something which you cherish and if possible something which you do not like, a food may suffice for the second.  Close your eyes and relax and ask yourself "What colors are these things?" Within seven to ten days practice you will begin to receive imagery which is colorful but not based upon the three colors of thr retinal cones (deep yellow, deep green, deep purple). Nor will it be directly related to the artistic schemes CMYK and RGB. You must take a care that you do not say to yourself, "Oh, I am imagining things." If the truth were to be told, all of our world is the sum product of human imagination.

It was proposed to the Outlands Community that as a part of our AetherSpace project we devote some effort to developing a "color organ" of digital origin. Devices which display colors on walls at the pressing of keys in a manner aping reed and pipe organs is nothing new, but the same can be developed with more sophistication that has been previously been thought possible. According to our techs this is quite feasible with existing software.

Long ago many mammals were living in water as mammals.  The view of the world, language was
different at that time.  Communication was often based upon color-messages sent at higher
frequencies than are visible to mortal humans.  Body heat was a peripheral way in which
communication was made.

Some mammals were confined by land and lived in lakes and in streams.  Because of abundance
of food and lack of natural predators they became so content that they lost desire to know
and to explore and ultimately to evolve mentally.  Others migrated to bays at first and
then the open sea.  We, whom you term the Cetacea, were among these.

In the open sea there were many predators.  Reptilian creatures of two kinds were primary
threats, one being what is called the crocodile and the other a long-necked variety which
you identify as plesiosaur.  The latter posed no direct threat yet often accompanied other
predators.  Sharks were among the piscene varitey, and still today can be a threat.  On rare
occasion the tentacled animals, the large ones, were known to attack us.
We do defend ourselves physically, cheifly by being in groups (what you call pods) and
driving away predators by our numbers.  Our young are our concern.  More often than not we
send signals to these other creatures, which if said in words is "Do not come near." We have
no defense against netting and spears, these have been a menace to us for a short part of
our history, yet have decimated us badly.  In water-based human cultures, humans understand
us and we them and seek not to harm us.  Opposed to this are humans who see the ocean as a
place from which they might take and who give only waste and poisons in return.

At one time human beings had no cities.  They too travelled in pods upon the land.  They
lived in a certain area for a period and then moved on to allow the land to refresh itself,
as we do in the water.  The error made by humanity was when migrating ended.  Villages
arose and then the first cities.  These made permanent impressions upon the land, all of
them negative.  Concentrations of waste built up and significantly altered the ecology of
a given village or city.  Agriculture depleted the soil and ways were found to refresh the
soil artificially with fecal and vegetable waste, which generated different and stronger
poisons in the soil, which in turn reached the water.

With the establishment of cities came an arrogance, the only word which we feel describes
the human vibration at that time.  Humans felt that they had conquered the environment
but the reality was that they had seduced and deluded themselves into thinking this, for
the water became poisoned, the land depleted and poisoned, the air itself began to change
with the concentrated use of fire in cities.  Psychic or mental energy which might have
been used in more beneficial ways was diverted to the maintenance of cities and the
fighting of wars, which we see but do not understand.  Had humans kept on being nomadic
the environmental problems of the world would not be as they are, nor would there be an
overload of humans upon the planet.  This has been evident to some of you since the
beginning but the seduction of what humans think is the easy life of a city has turned
most of you blind to the negative effects of such a life.

We are practical and realistic when it comes to the future.  The days shall come when the
land will no longer support the vast number of humans and the poisons generated by human
culture.  The atmosphere will turn against you.  This is now an irreversible thing, it
will happen.  Solar radiation will begin to kill off vast numbers of you.  There will be
some technological protection developed but it will not be enough for the large majority
of you.  We understand that our promptings will go unheeded and we accept that.  We also
understand that there is no way in which cities might be deconstructed, that you might
once again become nomadic.  Probably when your numbers become decimated enough, you might
embrace the migratory life.

In the meantime we would suggest that those of you who understand us and have rapport of
some kind with us use your technology to become water-borne nomads.  Build floating craft
which will allow you to live on the sea in pods as we do.

Fourth Unpacking - June 09    2007

You will notice that your insides - what many of you refer to as your emotions or your "heart" -  has seemed to begin to glow.This is because there are enough people again sensitive to the earth and its cycles to cause a flooding of life-energy throughout the ecosphere, of which you are a part.  This is usually experienced as a kind of internal light or warmth.  Indeed, some of you have been aware of this for several years, but it has been steadily increasing since 2003.

You will find yourself laughing more frequently; anger will be reserved for genuine need of anger; you will find yourselves seeking to be more "authentic."  Your internal levels of fear drop markedly.   Creativity is being unleashed on a scale rarely seen in humanity.  Elderly people are finding joy when once they had only bitterness.  This is not our doing but it is the result of a collective effort on the part of all sentient beings to improve life on the planet.
